The Research and Development Institute (IP&D) is responsible for carrying out researches, development projects and programs in addition to its postgraduate education responsibilities. Furthermore, IP&D provides scientific technical support for public and private institutions and carries out community service initiatives.

IP&D physical infrastructure covers approximately 9,800 square meters. It includes the Biological Testing Lab/Plant, Animal Testing Laboratory and Multiuse Laboratory Complex. Researchers and students are allowed to use classrooms, labs, our library system, computing facilities, and administrative infrastructure to pursue their research, as well as individual office spaces equipped with work stations and desktop computers linked to internal and external networks.
